The URS 900 SCE is a mid-range solvent recycler that can reduce solvent and hazardous waste disposal costs by recycling dirty solvents, allowing them to be used again and again.
Up to 95% of dirty solvent can be recycled, with distillation occurring from vapourisation and condensation. The remaining paint residues are baked dry and collected in a bag for easy disposal in a general waste bin (according to your local regulations).
Disposable bags are supplied.
This recycler has dimensions of 762x508x1143mm, a tank capacity of 19 litres and can recycle the dirty solvent in 4 to 6 hours.
Has enhanced control features and a digital display, which has easy settings for:
- Regulating the rate of recycling using a heating power percentage
- Adjusting the heat to within 1°C
- Setting the maximum temperature (in °C or °F)
- Automatic or timed heater shut-off
Operates from a 230/50/1 electrical supply.
ATEX Class 1, Division1 and Class 1, Division 2 certified - can be installed in a paint mix room or other hazardous areas.
