The URS 600 SCE Solvent Recycler effectively cleans up to 95% of dirty solvent, allowing it to be reused over and over again.
Distillation occurs by vapourisation and condensation, with remaining paint contaminants baked dry and collected within a bag for disposal in a general waste bin (with permission from your local authority).
Disposable bags are supplied.
This recycler is 430x430x1070mm in dimension, has a tank capacity of 19 litres and can recycle the solvent in 4 to 6 hours.
Easy to use - a microprocessor monitors and controls the work flow and has an on/off start button and automatic shut-off.
Directly heats the solvent and the preset temperature settings are adjustable according to the waste solvent boiling points.
Operates from a 230/50/1 electrical supply and all electrical components are sealed with heavy duty insulation.
ATEX Class 1, Division 1 and Class 1, Division 2 approved - can be installed in paint mix rooms and other hazardous areas.
