The Star 300 cleaner and degreaser is highly alkaline to remove persistent pollutions, such as oil incrustations, resin formations, anti-friction- and roller bearings, wheel sets and single varnish layers. It can act as a demulsifier in mechanical processes (e.g. plate separator).

Suitable for:

• Steel/stainless steel
• Plastics
• Alkaline-resistant surfaces
• Spray cleaning
• Immersion cleaning
• Ultrasound cleaning

It can be applied manually or mechanically as a pre- or intermediate cleaner in the metalworking and metal processing industries.

Optimal cleaning temperature is 60°C.

A very low application concentration is required (from 0.5%) and the cleaner is low foaming.
