Star 200 is an highly concentrated, alkaline cleaner and degreaser for mechanical parts washing and degreasing. It has a high dissolving power for oil and oil residues, grease and soot residues. It can be applied manually or mechanically as either a pre- or intermediate cleaner.

Suitable for:

• Steel/stainless steel
• Plastics
• Alkaline-resistant surfaces
• Spray cleaning
• Immersion cleaning
• Ultrasound cleaning

It is low foaming and has a very low application concentration (from 0.5%).

Can be used as a demulsifier in mechanical processes (e.g. plate separator).

Star 200 has an optimal cleaning temperature of 60°C.
