Smoke Resin Remover DB is a phosphate- and VOC-free, intensive cleaner with germ-reducing effect and activated foam for cleaning and degreasing.
Highly concentrated - can be diluted with water to 1:100.
It is specially designed for the removal of most persistent residues, such as smoke resin residues, resinous gases, oil and protein residues and manufacturing residues.
Fields of use:
- Universal use throughout the entire foodstuffs industry
- Cleaning of smokehouses, cooking facilities, filters, escape and exhaust hoods, ovens etc.
- Optimal for the cleaning of escapes and flues in canteens and restaurant kitchens, vent pipe residues and burnt-on residues on grills and ovens. Very good at removing smoke resin residues from smokehouses
- Also suitable for the cleaning of air circulation systems in smokehouses
Do not use the concentrated cleaner on aluminium or zinc coatings.
Not recommended for mechanical application due to foaming (for mechanical application, see Smoke Resin Remover Foamless).
Increasing the temperature will shorten the cleaning time. This liquid is both fire and explosion proof.
Surfactants are biodegradable in accordance with EU Directives.
