Simplex Big
The Simplex Big parts washer automatically cleans medium to large sized mechanical parts.
The cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the dirty parts through upper, lower and side jets, whilst the cleaning platform is rotated by a gear motor with a torque limiter.
The operator can manage the time, temperatures, levels, signals and alarms using the PLC electrical system.
The Simplex Big range uses environmentally-friendly, VOC-free Bio-Chem Star and Alu-star cleaning agents.

- Two-hand control for door closing with safety control unit
- External loading/unloading trolley with AISI 304 stainless steel drip collector and wheels with safety break
- ISO pneumatic cylinders and anti-fall pneumatic safety valves
- Stainless steel electric pump(s) with special gaskets
- AISI 304 stainless steel filter on pump section
- Minimum level control of the liquid inside the tank to protect the pump and resistor
- Maximum level control of the liquid inside the tank and solenoid valve for automatic water loading
