A manual, compact cleaning system for paint application- and paint processing tools.
The new Prolaq compact is the perfect cleaning system for small to medium sized paint items, such as spray guns and nozzles, paint containers and cans, paint brushes and rollers.
With dimensions of 1060x950x600mm, this new machine allows for a compact design and a comfortable working height (970/800mm). It has a maximum payload of 100kg and a liquid capacity of 40-60 litres.
The Prolaq Compact includes:
- a flow-through cleaning brush, a compressed air gun (for drying) and a funnel (for draining the gun).
- A 3 stage treatment which uses a coarse filter, sedimentation tank and a fine filter, which helps extend the liquid’s service life - Prolaq cleaners can be reused 5-10 times.
- Air-operated double diaphragm pump (6 bar).
- Compressed air inlet connection.
- Collection tray for paint particles
Made of sturdy PE plastic, this machine is low maintenance, offers high stability and an ergonomic design.
